You can pay your rent or condo fees in just a few minutes using Casa. Payments can be made with a saved card, a newly added card, or a connected bank account. Each payment includes a quick confirmation screen and an email receipt once it’s processed.
To make a payment
Go to paywithcasa.com and log in to your account.
You’ll land on your home screen showing your upcoming or outstanding payments.
Select Make a Payment.
You’ll see your current rent or condo fee amount automatically filled in. If you need to pay a different amount, you can adjust it here.
Choose your payment method:
Use an existing card already linked to your account
Add a new debit or credit card
Setup pre-authorized debit (PAD), if available for your building
Review your payment summary
This includes the payment amount, property name, and any applicable transaction fee. Take a moment to confirm all details are correct before you continue.
Tap Confirm Payment.
You’ll see a success screen confirming that your payment has been created or scheduled.
Check your email for a receipt from Casa.
It includes your payment amount, property name, and confirmation number for your records.
Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card provider. Most payments show as Completed within 1–2 business days. You can always view the status of any payment in your payment history.
