If you miss a scheduled payment, Casa won’t attempt to withdraw it again automatically. You can log in and make a one-time payment anytime once your card or PAD details are up to date.
If you’re unsure about your current balance or due date, contact your property manager so they can confirm what’s still owed directly from their account.
