You can update your phone number or name anytime in your Casa account. Right now, it’s not possible to update your email address once your account is created.
To update your phone number or name:
Log in to your Casa account at paywithcasa.com.
Go to Account → Profile Information.
Update your phone number or name, then tap Save.
Casa will send you a new verification code to confirm your update.
📢 Good to know:
Updating your info inside Casa won’t change your property manager’s records.
