How do I update my email or phone for verification?

Your verification code is sent to the contact details your property manager has on file. To update them:

  1. Reach out directly to your property manager or leasing office.

  2. Ask them to update your contact details in their system.

  3. Try signing in again once they’ve confirmed the update.

📢 Good to know:

Updating your info inside Casa won’t change your property manager’s records.
