Why do I need to provide a phone number?

When you link a property in Casa, we need to confirm that you’re the correct tenant or owner. To do this, Casa uses two-factor authentication (2FA) with the contact details your property manager has on file.

How verification works:

You can choose to receive your 2FA code by email or phone.

  • If you select phone, it must be a Canadian or U.S. number — international numbers aren’t supported at this time.

  • If you select email, the code will be sent to the email address your property manager has on file.
