Getting started with Casa takes just a few minutes. You’ll create your account, verify your details, and link your property so you can start making payments and earning rewards. You can sign up with your email, or use your Google or Apple account for faster login.
Step 1: Create your account
Go to paywithcasa.com and tap Sign up or Log in.
Choose Continue with Email, Google, or Apple.
If using email:
• Enter your email address.
• Enter the 6-digit code we send to verify.Add your name and phone number.
Create a password (or skip if using social sign-in).
Step 2: Confirm your property
Start typing your address to search for your building.
If your property appears, select it to continue.
If it doesn’t appear, choose Enter address manually and fill in your details.
Follow the prompts to verify your lease or unit number.
If your property is supported, you’ll see a confirmation screen and can move to payment setup. If it’s not recognized, Casa will guide you through a short verification process before continuing.
Step 3: Add your billing address
You’ll be asked to confirm your billing address so payments can be processed securely. If your billing and property addresses are the same, you can reuse the same details.
Step 4: Add a payment method
Choose Add card and enter your credit or debit card details.
Check that your billing information matches your card’s registered address.
Tap Save card to store it securely in your Casa account.
You can add multiple cards later if you want to use different methods for different properties.
Step 5: Schedule your first payment
Select Schedule a payment.
Choose your amount, date, and payment method.
Review the details on the confirmation screen and tap Confirm payment.
You’ll see a success screen once your payment is scheduled. You can view or edit it anytime by expanding the payment.
Step 6: You’re all set
Once your payment is confirmed, your Casa account is ready to go. You can log in anytime at paywithcasa.com to view your property, track payments, and earn rewards.
