If you no longer live at your property or want to close your Casa account, please email [email protected] from the email you used to sign up for Casa and include 'Account Deletion Request' in the subject line.
Before deleting, make sure all scheduled or pending payments have completed. Once deleted, you’ll lose access to your payment and property history.

Your property manager will still have records of payments you’ve made to them.
