When you add a new credit card to Casa, you’ll be asked to enter your billing address. This must match exactly what’s on file with your card provider.
If your billing address changes later, you’ll need to remove your old card and add a new one with the updated billing information.
To update your billing address:
Log in to your Casa account at paywithcasa.com.
Go to Account → Payment Method.
Delete your current card.
Select Add New Card and enter your updated billing address and card details.
📢 Good to know:
Your billing address may be different from your property address. Always enter the address your bank has on file to avoid declined payments.
