When you use a credit card, Casa charges your card and then remits the funds to your property manager using the building’s designated delivery method. This ensures a seamless transaction process.
To add your card:
Log in to your Casa account at paywithcasa.com.
Navigate to the Payment Methods section.
Select Add New Card.
Enter your card details and billing address exactly as your bank lists it.
Tap Save to confirm.
You’ll see a success message once your card is saved.
If it doesn’t appear right away, try refreshing the page to confirm your update. If the issue persists, ensure you are using a supported browser like Chrome or Safari, and temporarily disable any ad blockers or privacy extensions that might interfere with the process.
📢 Good to know: Entering your billing address exactly as your bank lists it (including abbreviations or postal code spacing) helps prevent accidental declines.
