Will Casa retry a failed recurring payment (AutoPay) automatically?

Yes. If a recurring payment (AutoPay) fails, Casa will automatically try again the next day.

  • If the retry succeeds, no further action is needed.

  • If it fails again, you’ll need to update your card or add a new payment method before your next payment date.

You’ll receive an email about both the failed attempt and the retry so you can stay informed.

Casa can’t guarantee that your property manager will waive any late fees if a payment doesn’t go through. To avoid disruption, update your payment details as soon as possible and let your property manager know about the issue if needed.
