My bank transfer (PAD) failed. What should I do?

If your pre-authorized debit (PAD) payment fails, it usually means:

  • Your bank account didn’t have enough funds

  • The account details were entered incorrectly

  • The payment attempt was blocked by your bank

You can try again once the issue is resolved or contact your bank to confirm they allow PAD transactions.

If the problem continues, update your payment details in Casa or add a Visa or Mastercard instead.
