What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, you’ll see an on-screen error and get an email notification.

You can also:

  1. Try a different Visa or Mastercard with a Canadian billing address.

  2. If your building supports pre-authorized debit (PAD), you can set that up as an alternative payment method.

  3. Contact your property manager to make sure your payment amount matches what’s listed in their records.
