What if my card keeps getting declined?

If your card is being declined repeatedly:

  • Confirm your billing address matches your bank’s records exactly.

  • Check that your card supports payments in Canadian dollars.

  • Contact your bank to make sure they’re not blocking the transaction.

You can also try using a different Visa or Mastercard, or set up pre-authorized debit (PAD) if your building supports it.
