Card declines can happen for a few simple reasons:
The billing address doesn’t match your bank’s records.
The card has expired or been replaced.
The card’s issuing bank has temporarily blocked large or online transactions.
The card isn’t enabled for payments in Canadian dollars.
The card was issued outside of Canada.
Try re-entering your details carefully or using another Visa or Mastercard with a Canadian billing address.
If your card still won’t go through, contact your bank to confirm there aren’t any holds or restrictions on your account.
📢 Good to know:
Many banks automatically block new or recurring payments from unknown merchants until you approve them. Letting your bank know about Casa in advance can help.
