Why was my card declined during payment?

Card declines can happen for a few common reasons:

  • The billing address doesn’t match your bank’s records.

  • The card has expired or been reissued.

  • Your bank blocked the transaction for security reasons.

  • The card isn’t enabled for payments in Canadian dollars.

Double-check your details and try again. If the payment still fails, contact your bank to confirm they’ve allowed the transaction.
