Why did my payment fail?

We know it can be frustrating when a payment doesn’t go through. Payments can fail for a few common reasons, such as:

  • Card details being incorrect or expired

  • Not enough funds or available credit

  • A temporary hold in place by your bank

  • Using a card that has an international billing address.

If this happens, double-check your card details and billing address, then try again. If it still fails, contact your bank to confirm the payment was approved on their end.
