How do I know if my rent or condo fee payment went through?

Casa makes it easy to confirm when a payment is successful.

After submitting a payment:

  • You’ll see an on-screen confirmation right away.

  • A receipt will be emailed to you.

  • Your payment will appear in Payment History in the app.

Payment status in Casa

In the Payment History section, each payment shows its status:

  • Successful – your payment was processed.

  • Pending – your payment has been submitted but is not yet completed.

  • ⚠️ Failed – the payment did not go through (an error message will explain why).

📢 Good to know:

If your payment is pending, you don’t need to resubmit as it will update automatically once processed. If your payment fails, you can try again with the same or a different payment method.
