You’ll know your payment went through when you see a success screen right after confirming it. Casa also sends a confirmation email once your payment is processed.
If you’d like to double-check:
Log in to your Casa account.
From the Home screen, tap your recent payment card to view your payment history.
Completed payments will show as Completed, and upcoming ones as Pending.
It can take 3 to 5 business days for your property manager to see the funds in their bank account and confirm that your payment has been received. It’s best to give it a few days before checking in, though your property manager will always appreciate a quick note letting them know your payment has been made.
📢 Good to know:
You can save or screenshot your confirmation email if your property manager needs proof of payment.
