Casa doesn’t create or post charges directly to your account. All payment amounts and adjustments come from your property manager’s ledger.
For any questions about the status of a charge or refund, your property manager is the best place to start. They can confirm updates directly from their ledger.
If a payment needs to be refunded, your property manager must request the refund on your behalf. Once approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
