Casa doesn’t issue refunds directly.
All payments in Casa are pulled from your property manager’s system, and any refunds must be requested and approved by them.
If your property manager requests a refund, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card provider or bank. Note that transaction fees are non-refundable.
