When you delete your Casa account, we permanently remove your personal details and stored payment methods in accordance with Canadian privacy laws.
Some limited transaction data may be securely retained for financial and compliance purposes, such as payment reconciliation and recordkeeping. These records are encrypted and no longer accessible through your Casa account.
Casa can’t modify or delete personal information stored by your property manager, since they maintain their own systems and records. If you’d like to review or request changes to the data your property manager keeps, please contact them directly for details on their privacy practices.
