Can I still use Casa if my landlord or property manager isn’t on Casa?

Yes, you can still use Casa even if your landlord or property manager isn’t connected to our system.

How Casa works

When you add a property in Casa, we check whether your landlord or property manager is already connected.

  • If they are connected:
    Payments are routed automatically, and you will not need to enter recipient details.

    OR

  • If they are not yet connected:
    Casa still allows you to continue. You’ll be asked to enter your landlord or property manager’s details so we can deliver the payment on your behalf.

You do not need your landlord or property manager to sign up for Casa or accept credit cards directly.

What to expect during setup

After linking your property, Casa will guide you through the steps needed to complete your payment.

If your landlord or property manager isn’t connected, you’ll be asked to:

  • Enter your landlord or property manager’s details

  • Choose how the payment should be delivered

  • Confirm your payment amount and due date

Key things to remember

You can still use Casa even if your landlord or property manager isn’t on Casa. Your landlord or property manager does not need to sign up to receive payments, and Casa will collect your payment and deliver it on your behalf.
