Your address is used to set up your payment and is linked to how your landlord or property manager receives funds.
Changing address formatting
If you’re trying to update how your address appears (for example, formatting or minor differences), no action is needed. Address formatting does not affect your payment, and Casa will still route your payment correctly.

If you’ve moved to a new property or need to update your address, our team can help.

Your new address
Once your address is updated, Casa will ensure your payments are set up correctly for your new property. Our team will update your account and guide you through any next steps if needed.
A final note
There’s no need to update your address for formatting differences, but if you’ve moved, contacting support will allow our team to make the update and ensure your payments continue to be routed correctly.
