How do I know if my payment worked or failed?

You can check your payment status anytime from your Home screen.

  • Payments that went through successfully will show as Completed.

  • Payments that didn’t go through will show as Failed or Pending.

You’ll also receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed.

If you’re checking with your property manager, please note that it can take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reach their bank account and for the payment to be marked as received on their end. It’s a good idea to give it a few days before following up, though most property managers appreciate a quick heads-up that you’ve made your payment.
