Why didn’t my recurring payment start after I confirmed setup?

Recurring payments begin once your first payment method is fully verified and your property is linked in Casa.

If your recurring payment didn’t start, double-check the following:

  • Your card or PAD is saved and active

  • Your first payment was successfully processed

  • Your property verification is complete

In some cases, your property manager may have an internal cutoff date near the first of the month. This ensures they have time to disable any existing recurring payments already set up in their system before Casa takes over. If your setup happened after that cutoff, your first automatic payment will start the following month.

We recommend you heck with your property manager to see if an existing payment is still scheduled through them, or make a one-time payment in Casa to stay up to date.

If everything looks correct but your payment still hasn’t started, contact our support team and we’ll help confirm your setup and next payment date.
