Why didn’t my recurring payment go through?

We know how stressful it can feel when a rent or condo fee payment doesn’t process as expected. Don’t worry — this usually has a quick fix.

Common reasons include:

  • Card details changed or expired.

  • Insufficient funds in your account.

  • Your bank temporarily blocked the charge for security reasons.

Casa will notify you immediately if a payment fails and will automatically retry it the next day. If you continue to have issues, we recommend reaching out to your property manager directly so they know your payment is on the way or to arrange an alternative payment.
