Why didn’t my recurring payment go through?

If your recurring payment (AutoPay) didn’t process, it may be because:

  • Your card expired or was declined.

  • Your PAD or card details weren’t verified in time.

  • You set up AutoPay after the cutoff for this billing cycle.

If you set up AutoPay after your property’s cutoff date, your first automatic payment will start on the 1st of the following month.

If your payment was missed, you can make a one-time payment in Casa instead.
