I’m locked out of my account. What should I do?

If you can’t access your account because of too many failed login attempts, wait a few minutes before trying again.

Once the temporary lock expires, you can:

  • Log in using the one-time password (OTP) option sent to your email, or

  • Try logging in with Apple or Google if your account is linked.

If you still can’t get in, contact our support team for help. Our team can verify your identity and restore access safely.
