My address can’t be found. What should I do?

If your address doesn’t appear when you start typing it during signup, don’t worry. You can still continue setup.

  1. Select Enter address manually on the property search screen.

  2. Double-check your unit, street, and postal code for accuracy.

  3. Follow the prompts to verify your lease or property details.

If Casa still can’t match your address, contact our support team for help confirming your property.
