If your Casa verification email isn’t arriving, don’t worry — it’s usually an easy fix.

Try the following steps:

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder.

  2. Make sure you entered your email correctly.

  3. Select Resend code and wait a few minutes.

  4. If you’re still not receiving it, contact our support team.

Once the email arrives, enter the 6-digit code to finish verifying your account.
