Why didn’t I get my verification code (email or SMS)?

If you didn’t receive your Casa verification code, try these steps:

  1. Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder.

  2. Make sure you entered your email or phone number correctly.

  3. Wait a minute or two, as sometimes codes take a short time to arrive.

  4. Select Resend code to generate a new one.

If you still don’t receive it, contact our support team and we’ll make sure your contact information is correct.
