Why didn’t I get my verification code (email or SMS)?

If your 2FA code didn’t arrive:

  • Check your spam/junk folder (email).

  • Make sure the phone number or email on file with your property manager is correct.

  • Wait 2–3 minutes and tap Resend code.

Note that phone verification is only available for US and Canadian phone numbers at this time.
