Will I get a receipt or confirmation email?

Yes. Casa sends an email receipt for every successful payment. This email acts as your official confirmation and includes the payment amount, method, and date.

How you’ll know your payment went through:

  • An on-screen success message will appear right after you submit your payment.

  • A receipt email will be sent to the address on your Casa profile.

You can also review your payment status from the Home screen:

  1. Tap your most recent payment.

  2. Scroll down to view your Payment History section.

    • This shows past, upcoming, and canceled payments.

    • Receipts can’t be opened here — you’ll find them only in your email inbox.

If you didn’t get an email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Verify that your email address in your Casa profile is correct.
