Yes — Casa sends an email receipt for every successful payment. This acts as your official confirmation and includes the payment amount, method, and date.
How you’ll know your payment went through:
An on-screen confirmation will appear right after you submit your payment.
A receipt will be emailed to the address on your Casa profile.
You can also view your payment details anytime in Payment History when signed into your account.
If you didn’t get an email:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Verify that your email address in your Casa profile is correct.
