What if my property isn’t supported yet?

If your property isn’t supported yet, you can still create a Casa account to be ready once it’s added. New properties are added regularly, so your building may be eligible soon.

You’ll be able to explore your account and add a payment method, but payments will only become available once your property manager joins Casa.

If you’d like your property to be supported, ask your property manager to contact us — our team will be happy to share more about the setup process.
