After signing up and entering your email and phone number, you’ll be asked to look up your property using autocomplete.
If your address doesn’t appear, try using the manual address lookup option instead. Enter your street address and unit information directly as this often helps locate your property when autocomplete doesn’t.
If your property still isn’t showing, it may mean your property manager’s system hasn’t been connected to Casa yet. You can check back later or join our waitlist to be notified when your property becomes part of the Casa community.
