Will Casa retry a failed recurring payment automatically?

Yes. If your recurring payment fails, Casa will automatically try again the next day.

  • You’ll receive an email about both the failed attempt and the retry.

  • If the retry succeeds, no further action is needed.

  • If it fails again, you’ll need to update your card or add a new payment method.

Reminder: Casa cannot guarantee your property manager will waive late fees if your payment doesn’t go through. To avoid disruption, please update your payment details right away and, if needed, inform your property manager about the issue.
