How do I know if my rent payment failed?

You’ll always be notified if something goes wrong:

  • An email explaining the issue.

  • A notification inside Casa.

  • A warning icon next to the payment in Payment History.

What to do next:

  • Check your payment method and update details if needed.

  • Look for a retry notice the following day.

  • If you’re unsure whether your landlord or property manager has received payment, reach out to them directly for confirmation.

Reminder: If payments fail, please arrange payment directly with your landlord or property manager to avoid penalties or late fees.
